At Simko, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility
You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be:
Unused and in original condition
Packed in original packaging
Accompanied by the original invoice or order ID

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized laser-cut products
Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
Any product returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed if the product is received damaged or defective.
You must share unboxing video and product photos within 24 hours of delivery at support@thesimko.in
Based on product availability, we’ll ship a replacement within 3–5 working days.

💸 Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of COD orders, you’ll be contacted for bank details or UPI for refund.

🛑 Return Shipping
If return is approved due to product issue/damage, Simko will cover pickup & shipping cost.
If you are returning due to personal preference (change of mind), return shipping will be borne by the customer.
